A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public that goes
to the client to do notarizations. This saves your clients the time and trouble of
locating a notary public when they need documents notarized. We handle everything from
routine notarizations to the presentment and notarization of important legal and financial
documents.
We make positive identification of your client through the use of drivers license or
state identification cards or other documents that are approved by the State of Florida.
We make sure the person signing the documents is who they say they are. We then have the
client sign the documents and prepare the proper notarization of the document.
We promptly return the documents back to the company that has supplied them or the party
needing the notarized documents. |
